Return & Refund Policy
At Maxedoutt, every product is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- The wrong product/size was delivered
- The item has a manufacturing defect
To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear unboxing video
- Photos showing the issue
- Without an unboxing video, return requests may not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Slight color variation due to lighting/screen differences
- Worn, washed, or used products
- Sale or discounted items
- Limited edition/drops
- Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are subject to product availability.
Customers must: Request exchange within 48 hours of delivery
Ship the product back in original condition with tags intact
Exchange shipping charges may apply.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Failed Deliveries / COD Orders
If a customer refuses delivery or provides an incorrect address:
- Future COD orders may be restricted.
- Re-shipping charges must be paid in advance.
